• Collaborate with the Dynamics AX partner to implement system customizations and enhancements.
• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics AX core modules and 3rd party integrations.
• Maintain and administer supporting applications such as procurement, invoicing, and expense tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain complex financial reports using SQL Server, MDX, and other reporting tools.
• Design and test SQL ETL processes for financial data collection and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop test plans, train end users, and ensure proper documentation.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Perform systems and quality assurance testing to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s IT environment across multiple locations, supporting both onsite and remote users while ensuring secure and reliable operations

Responsabilités clés

• Opérations réseau et infrastructure
• Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des solutions réseau L2/L3 sécurisées (VLANs, OSPF, VPN, pare-feu).
• Agir comme point d'escalade de niveau 2/3 pour les incidents complexes et l'analyse des causes profondes.
• Surveiller les performances et maintenir une documentation rigoureuse (procédures, schémas et guides d'intervention).
